  • Portugal post-Brexit treats the UK as a third country. Transfer-of-residence (mudança de residência) relieves duty and import-VAT on household goods owned for at least six months by a householder transferring principal residence.

Not at all. The NHR framework has been changing — the previous version was substantially restricted in 2024 and the replacement scheme has different parameters.
